A small studio that builds and runs things with a point of view.
Websites, market research, social operations, and the software in between. Designed and run by one pair of hands.
What the studio does
One pair of hands, start to finishWebsites
Design, writing, and build together, in the same hands. One page or twenty, made to last and easy to keep.
Brand and story
Working out what you actually do, who it is for, and the words that say it. Usually the part that unlocks everything else.
Market research
Who your audience is, what they respond to, and what to make next. Written down, with the evidence behind it.
Social operations
Accounts run properly. Posting, scheduling, reporting, and the comments gathered and sent to you every week.
Operations and systems
The unglamorous machinery. Onboarding, scheduling, invoicing, and the handoffs that keep dropping, put in one place that holds.
Software
Tools for a practice that has outgrown its spreadsheets, built the way the studio builds everything else.
Journal

Why the best tools ask for less of you, not more.

Start with a conversation.
Half an hour, no pitch and no obligation. You tell me what you are trying to do and who it is for. If the studio is right for it, you get a written proposal with the scope, the schedule, and the price, and nothing begins until you have read it and agreed to it.
You will hear back from Iván, usually within a day.
The studio is one person
I came to building the way I came to photography, caring more about attention than decoration. Most of the web is built to grab. I build quiet things that hold.
A few commissions a month, so every one gets the same pair of hands from start to finish.
